Shipping policy
Thanks for ordering from Park Sydney. This page explains how we handle shipping for
purchases from parkmarketplace.au, what to expect, and how delivery works from our
warehouse to your door.
1. Order Processing
We aim to get your order ready and shipped as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on
weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Processing can take
longer during peak sale periods or product launches.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, size, weight, and shipping option you choose
at checkout. Options may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express or Priority Shipping
- International Shipping
All final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your
purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its
journey.
Delivery times vary depending on where you’re located and the service selected:
Australia (Domestic) – Estimated:
• Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express: 1–4 business days after dispatch
International – Estimated:
• Standard: 7–20+ business days after dispatch
• Express (where available): Faster options may be offered at checkout
Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Delays can happen due to customs,
weather, carrier issues, or seasonal peaks.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. Tracking updates usually
start within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If tracking doesn’t update, please allow a little extra time before contacting us — carriers sometimes delay updating their systems.
5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
If you’re ordering from outside Australia, international deliveries may be subject to
import duties, customs fees or taxes levied by the destination country. Any such
charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. These are not
included in your shipping or product price.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, legal requirements,
or carrier rules. If an item can’t be shipped to a location you choose, we’ll let you know
and help find a solution.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when you check out.
We can’t take responsibility for shipments that don’t arrive because of an incorrect or
incomplete address.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive, arrives late, or is damaged in transit, contact us right away
at team@parkmarketplace.au so we can help sort it out.
8. Lost or Returned Parcels
If a shipment is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (e.g., wrong address,
unclaimed), we’ll reach out with options. Reshipping may incur additional shipping
charges at your cost.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new shipping options, changes in carriers, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top shows when the last
update was made.
